Individual tickets are available for all of our concerts but our subscription rate provides great savings as well as helping to assure the ongoing financial stability of our society. All concerts are held at St. Peter the Fisherman Church, Jackson Street in downtown Fairmont,WV at 7:30 PM on Sunday evenings.
St. Peter may be entered with low physical effort through the side entrance and a new elevator has been installed.
Contact John Ashton for advance tickets. Tickets are available at the door. St. Peters is a large church with beautiful acoustics. We'll see you there.
These programs are presented with financial assistance from the West Virginia Commission on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.

Miles Hoffman


National Public Radio’s own Miles Hoffman returns to open our twenty-sixth season. The nationally renowned violist, founder of the American Chamber Players , is one of America’s best known violists. He has appeared as soloist with orchestras around the country performing a broad repertoire that includes music from Bach to Penderecki. He has recorded a series of compact disks on the Koch International Label.

The Eaken Trio


Granny nominated recording artists The Eaken Trio has numerous commercial recordings under both the Naxos and Catalpa Classics labels. The trio is heard regularly on classical music radio including NPR’s All things Considered and Performance Today. They maintain a rigorous touring schedule with recent performances in California, Indiana, Maryland, New York and Pennsylvania and have returned for multiple tours in Europe with performances in England, France Germany and Italy. Their second holiday radio program "I’ll be Home for the Holidays" was aired on over 150 stations nationwide for the last six years and will be heard again this holiday season.

Montclaire String Quartet


The Montclaire String Quartet, resident quartet of the West Virginia Symphony returns after three years to open the second half of our season.
Highlights of the quartet’s recent seasons include a concert on the Terrace Theater Series at Washington's Kennedy' Center. A special one-hour TV broadcast of the Quartet's performance on the Arts and Letters Series at the West Virginia Governor's Mansion was seen throughout the state on WV Public Television. In August of 1995, Montclaire was a prizewinner at the Banff International String Quartet Competition in Alberta, Canada

Flutist Francesca Arnone and Harpist Christine Mazza


The final program of our twenty-sixth season will feature flutist Francesca Arnone and harpist Christine Mazza. Arnone has performed with orchestras across the United States and Mexico, and both players currently teach at West Virginia University.

As such, donors who contribute to the Foundation may deduct their contributions as provided in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers or gifts to the FCMS Inc. or for its use are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes if they meet the applicable provisions of sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Code. In "English", this means that a donor may contribute to the FCMS, Inc. and take a tax deduction for that donation on their Federal Income Tax return.
